We like to think of the o·vert committee members as ambassadors of sustainability. In order for us to be more visible to our co-workers, we distribute these ‘leaves’ for members to post at their desks.

It’s a small gesture, but we like to think that these visual cues let people know who they can go to with sustainable ideas, questions and suggestions. It’s been proven that human behaviour is largely influenced by norms, so we hope that by wearing our commitment proudly we set a precedent in the office. When it comes to saving the planet, we’re not opposed to using peer pressure.
